Authorized Representative

With legislation like the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) going into effect in the EU and UK, it has become especially important that manufacturers have local representation to respond to inquiries from both consumers and regulatory agencies. Tabletop Global Logistics SRL can serve as your Authorized Representative (AR) in both the EU and the UK. And, while not currently required in the US and Canada, we can also help represent you and your products in these regions.

As your Authorized Representative, we would:

  • prepare all necessary Documents of Conformity (DoCs) and other safety declarations,
  • provide translations of safety declarations into necessary languages, and
  • notify you of changes to safety regulations that affect your products.

Pricing will be determined per product group* and will vary based on the regulatory complexity of the group.
